I Can Do It Because I'm Her Mother

Y'all, it is obvious that I love having a little girl to dress up.  I have several friends who are pregnant with boys, but for some reason in the stores, I just gravitate to the girls clothes/patterns/fabrics. . .  It's like an addiction.  Hi, my name is Melissa, and I'm girly-clothes-aholic.
{Hi, Melissa}

So, I got some super-cute boots at one of my baby showers last year.  I was so worried that Cora would not get to wear them because of the size that they are, but as we all know, Cora has freakishly small feet.  Since today was John's Thanksgiving lunch at work, I thought it would be the perfect time to let little missy strut her stuff.  (Never mind that it was almost 80 degrees outside, and these boots are designed for someone who lives in the frozen north.  But, omigoodness, how they made my heart - and her feet - happy!)

(So cute!!!)

We had a lot of fun with John's coworkers.  Cora is quite the entertainer, and she generally assumes that any gathering of people around her = her audience.  She coerced several people into playing ball with her and spent the rest of her time amazing people with her busy-ness.  She may be all girl on the outside, but as my neighbor says, she's got  a little boy inside of her!  Here are a few more pictures of my cutie.

hello girly clothes addict...at least you have a little girl. i have no kids yet but can't resist peeking in the clothes dept and touching all of the sweet dresses. by the way love the boots. good thinking to have her wear them. you never know she may outgrow them in a couple weeks.

Those are adorable. I want some 'snow' boots for E too. So what if it's 70 degrees outside?
