Here is some video of some of Cora's first steps.
(Don't mind Penny. She's a bit of a diva in front of the camera!)
This video is several weeks old. At this point, Cora spends about 50% of her time walking and the other half crawling. I have figured out that I need to keep her in shoes because when we are out and about, she wants to be out of the stroller exploring. The problem (and I know Anna and Miss Abby will appreciate this!) is her tiny feet. (Little missy still can wear size 1 shoes!) I found some shoes today that are labeled 0-3 months, but they are HUGE! I measured them against the bottom of Cora's feet, and she will have plenty of room to grow into them. The reason I chose them is because they have tread on the bottom. It is really hard to find shoes that are intended to be walked in that are size 1. The ones I found are not the most adorable shoes I've ever seen, but they are cute and more importantly, they serve the purpose. I just hope she'll keep them on her freakishly small feet!!

Yay for Cora! I remember when BabyCenter switched my emails from "Your Baby" to "Your Toddler" too...just wait until next year, when she's "Your Preschooler!"
That is the most precious thing ever!!! You must be so proud of her. I beam with pride at everything Pookie does! It is the most amazing thing to see your little one do something for the first time...
sooo adorable!! Can't wait to see her live in action! One of my sis in laws gave me a bunch of shoes for Audrey that she hasn't worn- maybe we can find some to fit Cora! We'll have a fashion show when you get here. Can't wait!!!!!
