Christmas Photos

When John was in 7th grade, his school had a silent auction. I'm sure there were all kinds of wonderful treasures up for auction, and John most certainly found something he had to have. What was it? A small wooden sleigh. Even to this day, he is not quite sure why he wanted it, but he has dutifully kept (stored) it for the past 20 years. Finally, this sleigh has fulfilled its destiny. . . Christmas photos! This evening, we dressed Cora up in her lovely Christmas dress that Mema made. Decked her out in the shoes and bows from Yia Yia. And, placed her in the beloved sleigh. Here are a few of the "rejected" pictures. You'll just have to wait to see the chosen one!

ok sorry I am responding to your post on my blog... Isaiah had really bad reflux as a baby the upper gi said moderate to severe... it was horrible the gastro specialist we finally got to see there before moving put him on zegerid mixed with mylanta cherry supreme (one with calcium)... any way he around 1 started doing sooo much better... we also found out or it was confirmed for us when he turned one and we gave him cow milk that he has a milk allergy - his other problem (not colic as they said)... He is doing great now... the gastro doc that we saw for him said that baby reflux usually goes away and that adult reflux is different??!! So I am hoping that is the case for most people - esp. our kiddos! My mom after seeing all we went through with Isaiah said she is sure that is what I had too but they didn't know about it back then or what to do... but I still have it now?! So if I notice him having a trouble swallowing I am going to have him checked out to make sure... My parents both have reflux but they can feel it but my mom has experienced it causing the shrinking/damage to her throat and had problems swallowing... my sister has problems swallowing like me but no pain so I told her she should get check she probably has silent reflux too...

any way sorry for the long note! I hope cora is doing much better and I know how hard this must be for you guys and her!
Hugs
