- I am thankful that God loves Cora even more than I do. His love for her is unfathomable.
- I am thankful that God has blessed me with this beautiful baby.
- I am thankful that there are so many people around us lifting us up in prayer.
- I am thankful each and every time someone tells me about how they went through the same thing with their own child.
- I am thankful that I live in a place where I have access to great doctors and great healthcare.
- I am thankful that I have insurance to cover the costs of the tests and doctor visits.
- I am thankful that my child is not a picky eater like her mom. (See previous paragraph about cereal and squash!)
- I am thankful that there are people who are willing and able to give babies shots/draw blood/and all the other things that are difficult to even do to adults.
- I am thankful for each and every smile, coo, laugh, giggle, roll, reach, touch, sit, stand, hug, and kiss from sweet Cora.
I know that there are so many more things that I need to add to this list. So, no matter if there is good news or bad tomorrow, I am thankful for these things and so much more. All whom I have spoken with have all but guaranteed that it is likely nothing, and I tend to feel that way, too. I'm sure most of my anxiety about the situation comes from being a new mom. I'll let you know how our appointment goes..
