I had the chance to ponder this whole sequence of events while John was reading Cora her bedtime story. It occurred to me that I used to sleep with at least 1700 animals in my bed, too. I remember lining them all up in a special order. And, I also remember knowing in the morning which animals were missing (i.e. on the floor) before I looked for them. And, I turned out normal. . .right? right? chirp, chirp, chirp
Here she is among the zoo. I am really amused by the fact that Tigger (one of them; there are two Tiggers in the crib) has found a very, umm, interesting position to sleep in. And, poor Bidey has found himself stuck under little missy. I never hear the animals protest, so I guess it's okay!

We've had that same problem. Pick your battles, right? I try and limit Gracie to 3. If she takes more before I go to bed I move the others down to the bottom of her bed. In the morning she has them all back again next to her!
LOL, wonder how Tigger's tail got there? Very cute =)
Hilarious! That Tigger was always kinda sassy!
I'm glad that you remember that you slept with a menagerie. Just wish I had been smart enough to document that fact with a cute picture or two like the one you posted today of sweet Miss Cora. My oft stated wish that you have a child just like you is coming true.
Love it! I bet Miss Cora talks to them all before she falls asleep.
